And, no liberal or left-wing PAC is inventing false issues and coordinating bad-faith assaults on non-partisan entities like school boards to create artificial wedge issues in the culture wars. That's exclusively a right-wing thing. It actually goes back about 40-50 years with the John Birch Society, but there's a fresh wave of it now that is particularly heinous.
Merely filing lawsuits against the school districts, to get policy changed in the name of equity. Though in these cases the elected school boards were eager to give the plaintiffs what they wanted.

Superintendent sent a note to the member who called on the mother, and another board member is on his phone appearing to send a text, and then looking over at the other board members.
The reports I read said he was in an argument with a woman. I thought she called his daughter a liar, but I am not sure--as are none of us. I think the argument was quite heated and was begun by the woman. I think that when the police tried to pull him away, he resisted. I think it was the police he was struggling with.
Jail time would not have been appropriate.

Who did he hurt? What had he done? Sure, charges are fine, but jail time?
He literally and physically attacked people in the audience.
Source?
Yeah, I'd like to see the source for this assertion. I thought he just resisted leaving when the School Board insisted that the audience clear the room.

Anonymous wrote:That is simply incomparable to GOP astroturfing efforts. There are no DNC PACs or Soros-funded organizations are screaming at school board meetings, frenetically spreading misinformation on Twitter, infiltrating PTAs, ripping masks off of teachers, bullying SB members, etc.
Why would they scream at the School Board members that they supported and put in power? You don't get it. The School Board members are supporters of the agenda that Soros funds.

It’s still offered in 7th. They are just using more stringent criteria for who can take it.
Again, this is something that math departments in the area were already doing because of student performance. It’s not a political thing.

That already exists…it’s called the GOP.
But I’m not racist, transphobic, or xenophobic.

Which DNC PACs and Soros-funded organizations are screaming at school board meetings, frenetically spreading misinformation on Twitter, infiltrating PTAs, ripping masks off of teachers, bullying SB members, etc.?
I would equally condemn that IF it were actually happening. But it's not...
Well they took control of the Commonwealth Attys offices in Northern Virginia. That' s a pretty big "get" that affects the schools. After all, it was the CA in Loudoun who asked for jail time for the dad at the SB meeting---and is in charge of the prosecution of the young man who allegedly attacked the girl. Why did this drag on?
And, the Dems have certainly played a part in electing School Board members. I've no idea what money is behind them, but they are knit pretty tight with the Dems.
