Why?
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:51 year young guy here… What do you look like? What do you like to do?
5ft9in, 118 lbs, brown/green and D, which is not included in my profile bc I am not looking for a hookup. I like interesting ideas, cultural outings, current events, the arts, music, literature, cooking/fine food, and the outdoors. Also dogs. I have an unbridled libido, for the right person (also not in my profile).
I am a woman…I think you are too thin. This can explain all of it.

As I posted above, your “competition” almost certainly has better looking/more purposeful photos. Buy new outfits, do your hair and makeup, and take pics for this express purpose.

Nope they are snapshots cropped and edited by me.

This is not necessary. I’m 46, my photos are selfies, and every right swipe I make is a match.
What app?
Bumble, OkCupid and Tinder

Single man here: definitely mention your kid. As I am also divorced with a kid, I am looking for someone in a similar situation.
But neverput photos of your kids in your profile.
Do you look happy in your photos? I sometimes see profiles in which she looks sad in every single photo.
If you don't have a "full length" photo that shows you're not fat, you need that. Nothing but head shots = she's fat.
Guys will swipe based on looks but if you look good they will read your profile and it helps a lot to provide something I can use to start the conversation. Try to include something unique and interesting about you.

I assume you live in the DMV and not in some small isolated town. There are people everywhere.
Where and how,do,you get hit on?
