They were talking about ECNL North Atlantic, not Bethesda as a whole. Another person mentioned DG/KL who have nothing to do with 08 team anymore.
You really need to re-read the posts pertaining to the Bethesda 08 specifically above on this very page.

Looks like sum of PPG between the teams. Better than looking at total points, because teams haven't played the same number of games.
