Oh my goodness-me too! It has ever since I was a kid. But for some reason I dont feel that way about Emilia/Emilio.

And for those who pronounce it Emily-uh, WTF?

If you like "Emmy" name her "Emmaline" pronounced EM-AH-LINE. All are beautiful, and if you like it go for it.
