There is no tsunami threat.
The recent clickbait headlines that the op referred to were based on 2001 research that was subsequently debunked.
In short: never was a tsunami threat for the USA.
PS - the op didn’t predict anything. This was covered in the news for the last two weeks. Locals were on notice.

My family doesn’t live in luxury condos, but still walking distance. 2-3 story houses.

The last time it erupted in the 70s one person died from inhaling toxic fumes. The Spanish government is evacuating people. No reports of death or injury. And, no tsunami warning.
