+1 I usually believe Julie Brown about all of this and I know this is her speculation, but some of what came out indicates Maxwell lied to Todd Blanche so it doesn’t look great for her.

The sit room meets were to pressure Boebert and Mace, separately, into withdrawing their signatures on the 218 discharge petition so a vote could be averted. Those must have been horrendously high pressure meetings for these women. They bravely stood their ground. I don't agree with them on anything else, BTW.
