Yes, they showed his tee shirt with a bullet hole in the chest area.

Was there any evidence about what Joe was wearing when he was shot?

If he drugged her the would be toxicology evidence to that effect.

It doesn’t seem like there’s any evidence for this because surely the prosecution would have used it. I know GHB can be difficult to detect in some circumstances, but it also feels like a really short timeline here. I think they would have caught that. This question has been part of the discussion since the beginning. It does seem crazy because based on Joe’s demeanor and expectations, he surely would have been thrown off if he walked in on someone in the kitchen making breakfast or getting ready to walk the dog, and would have wanted to have a conversation. I feel like turning off the phone and putting it in the kitchen drawer answers some of our questions with respect to Christine not attempting to call 911 - she never had the opportunity.

As far as how he made sure she didn’t leave the room so she was in the condition Joe expected, that seems like somewhat of a risk they took. There’s a lot of room for human wildcard behavior in this plan but somehow he pulled it off, unfortunately. At least the murder part. The plan always involved staging the scene so I guess as long as Joe and Christine were both inside the house, he planned to work with that. Containing them both in the master bedroom would be best, but not strictly necessary I guess. They went in through the basement rather than the front door, I assume to have the opportunity to listen and make sure of where they were.

If it were me, my husband could be 100% confident that if there wasn’t an alarm set, there is NFW I would be up at 7:30. One of the weirdest things to me about this case is that anyone would think it plausible that someone wanted an elaborate kinky sexual encounter at 7:30 in the morning.

I wonder if Brendon told her to sleep in, and he would be back after making sure their daughter and Au Pair were off to the zoo. After all, it could’ve been continuation of celebrating his birthday.

If the protection is desperate enough to bring up triple pane windows, Brendan might not get convinced for murdering his wife.

If I understand correctly, usually CB would wake up the daughter and get her ready for the day. How did BB and JM arrange things so that CB would essentially still be in bed when Joe arrived?

They mentioned BB convinced CB to change her schedule and have the day off bc it was his birthday. She was able to sleep in that day bc the nanny “was taking the child for a group outing at the zoo” they said Joe was scheduled to arrive at 7:30 am.

There's a theory he drugged her. Because what if she decided to pee or make breakfast?

That makes more sense to me than for CB to have been able to stay asleep with the activity of the other three people in the house getting ready and leaving.

I think the reason was to set up retaining custody in the event both were arrested. Despite Christine’s family filing last year, it has worked so far. Court is maintaining the status quo they created. I believe Brendan’s grandmother also lives there.

I hope Tess is convicted for obstruction.

Does anyone know the date and reason TB moved into the house?

No Tess.

Unfortunately juries are very unpredictable.
