Calling your daughter “my gay” and then saying you’re making a non-homophobic CFA recipe is so over the top as to just be plain bullshit.
Jen, you were vocally anti-LGBTQ and wrote a blog (now deleted) in support of CFA. You have guests on your podcast who are vocally anti-LGBTQ. You only support the queer community when you can center yourself in it (see the media she got for “free mom hugs” at pride). But most of all, your daughter is not your gay. She doesn’t belong to you and her sexuality isn’t an accessory for your social media.

ChickFilA is not a personality trait.

Additionally, the anti-racist education groups that Jen had LED HER “COMMUNITY” TO are very vocal about NOT deleting problematic content. It erases the work done in the discussion and eliminates a growth/learning opportunity for anyone else who may come across it in the future. (I’m specifically thinking of “Be the Bridge.”
I have a ton of compassion for what she has gone through in the last 18 months. And the centering of herself in every narrative, erasing countability, and using activism as her personal accessory is an unhealthy modus operadi for herself, her followers, AND her personal relationships.
Additionally, while the Vespa thing was super fun I’m sure, I found it a little uncomfortable to roll out this over the top expensive gift.

A big 180 from his Pastor/Super dad/build it husband/humble roots.
Uh yeah—- look back a few years. He was a weepy little pastor. Then the tats, motorbike, and roids took over as he tried to channel Jesse James.
He and his affair partner are just about as cliche as it gets.
