Adoption is a business but not all biological parents benefit financially. Ours got no expenses nor asked for any. But, we paid the agencies, facilitator, and attorneys (most of whom did nothing to deserve the money) a small fortune, just trying to adopt. It is the only business that can charge huge sums of money without having to show any results. They can take large sums of money and no child. They should require a paternity test and both parents do a consent in front of a judge. This child belongs with her father.
