Lol. Haha. Never change dcum, never change. You make me laugh every single morning
Also from the same people who would never watch the NFL and champion such violence and toxic masculinity. Funny how they are now suddenly fine with that and couldn’t wait to tune into watch a half-time show from a singer they had never heard of in a language they don’t speak. And declare it the best show ever. I doubt the posters here even watched it at all.
This just seems like making up a guy to get mad at (lots of liberals football, even more watch the Super Bowl, every year), but even if you're right, what you're proposing is that the NFL successfully got a bunch of people to tune in who wouldn't normally? You're saying the show as a huge success?
If they didn’t actually watch it how would it be a success?

You asked all of them?
No, I’m reading YouTube comments. They have a translate button. Most are panning the show
Anonymous wrote:I wanted to love it but didn't. But that's not unique to BB - true of basically every halftime show for the last 5-10 years. I'm not in touch with everything to understand the symbolism etc.
Personally I was underwhelmed by Lady Gaga as well. Her song selection felt low energy.

The HT show was full of symbolism. You need to have at least some level of awareness of Latino culture to understand it.
Over 90% of people that watched have no idea what the message was and we're just sitting there bored.
90% hahaha. Read a book about PR or ask ChatGPT for a summary if you aren’t into reading.
DP.
I found it really confusing. Then sort of boring and ultimately annoying.
Confusing? You may want to get checked for Alzheimers or something.
BB absolutely nailed it. I don't speak Spanish, but totally appreciated his performance. As someone who has spent lots of time in another Spanish-speaking Caribbean country (and in Washington Heights in NYC) he made me want to get on the plane and off the resort!

His fame and the quality of his voice do not match. He's a terrible singer. Especially compared to prior performers.
Regardless of musical preferences, everyone can see the talent with Kendrick Lamar, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Shakira, and so on. Bad Bunny can't hop with those artists. He is very mediocre as a singer and I remain baffled by his popularity. Marketing and Puerto Rican pride only goes so far. Typically you have to bring the goods. And Bad Bunny doesn't.
Look at the music critic quisling, everyone! Lots of past halftime show performers are bad singers. For example: Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, even Kid Rock (Yes, Kid Rock performed at an actual Super Bowl halftime show once, before he became a caricature of an anti-American shitheel).
You do know Lady Gaga performed in that show yesterday, right?
They might not because she was unrecognizable.
She changes her look every time she performs!
She’s another victim of Ozempic.
No, she has fibromyalgia and other major health issues. Don't speculate about people's health when you don't know anything.

Did you even watch the show? Bad bunny did salsa with Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin and I saw cumbia there too.
You don’t need to reflexively post right wing talking points about things you don’t understand or care to understand.
+1. Some of the people posting here don’t even seem like they watched the show. They just want to hate on it because it was in Spanish.
It’s not a “right wing talking point” to say I don’t speak Spanish. Sheesh.
It is a right wing talking point to say that all Bad Bunny and his dancers did was twerk. You obviously didn't watch the show if that's what you saw.
It may not have been all that they did, but what they did was way over the top. Too much for this show/ audience.
So it was fine for Justin Timberlake to grab his crotch and bare the breast of Janet Jackson back in 2004. Because he's white?
I mean in fairness that was a huge deal at the time and is still gross. It was a huge mistake.
But really, the PP complaining about the bad bunny dancers is grasping at straws. The twerking was very tame and the costumes were decidedly modest by the standard of nfl cheerleaders.
Yeah, I agree. The show had senior citizens and little kids in it...and a real live wedding. It was wholesome by the standards of some Superbowl halftime shows. All these complaints are just people who want to claim that no one speaks Spanish and no one knows who Bad Bunny is. He's literally one of the top selling artists now.

I guess those people were too busy rage tweeting about people speaking SPANISH to notice Bad Bunny and Lady Gaga salsaing to "Die with a Smile."
Some of the people whining about this show are too old to know what twerking is and too insular to know what salsa is. They just want to complain about THINGS IN SPANISH (oh the horror!)

If you dislike the bad bunny performance you’re racist and MAGA.
You can dislike the performance and not be racist.
Claiming it wasn't American is 100% racist.
Honestly. This is the problem with left-wing people. If you don’t agree with everything, you are automatically a racist who loves Maga. You can disagree with the halftime to show and still be pro immigration and anti-ice.
You’re right. But it’s weird how all my racist relatives hated it and all my progressive friends loved it.
