Event: Felony Status Conference
Date: 08/26/2025 Time: 9:30 am
Judge: DAYSON, DANYA A Location: Courtroom 303
The Washington Post reporter went to the last 'status conference', so I assume it's public.
The Washington Post reporter wrote that there’s a 4th victim. The 4th victim’s report hasn’t been put onto the public docket. I also noticed that on July 22, U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro filed a Motion for Protective Order, which is probably to protect the identity of additional victim(s).
Motion for Protective Order
Attorney: PIRRO, JEANINE (8000148)
Other than the Washington Post article saying that there is a 4th victim, how do we know if there is a 4th victim when the docket does not include a report on a 4th victim? Does anybody know?

I’m guessing the Australian government is paying whatever it takes to minimize his prison visit.

His parents, I'm guessing.

DC courtrooms are open to the public. There will be multiple cases scheduled for 9:30 so the conference will take place sometime between 9:30-10:30, unless defense asks for a continuance ahead of time. At this conference, the judge will check in with both the govt and defense and set dates for the next set of hearings to check in on things like potential plea negotiations, evidence testing, motions to change bond status, etc..... These hearings will be held every few months and usually last 15 minutes or less, so set your expectations accordingly. Short of a guilty plea, it will take awhile for this to work its way to resolution.

Spreading the word so parents know. Their children also swam on a summer swim team, the MVP Dolphins. Thomas Mahony volunteered a lot, traveled to meets, etc. If your child had contact with this person, you should make sure they were not abused.
It was probably his kids or relatives. What you are doing is fear mongering. That helps no one.
Because that would make it ok?!? SMH. And no, the named victims are not relatives of Thomas. Read the thread!!!!

CREEP. Normal people know that no pedophile his age have only three victims.
Mostly likely he’s assaulted many more children. He believed he could keep getting away with his EVIL. He had people covering for him. Most victimized families are understandably hesitant to identify themselves.
Judge Pirro will punish his sorry a** to the fullest extent of the law.
Good for children to know very BAD people stay in prison for a VERY LONG time. At least THIS time.
We’re lucky Judge Pirro FIGHTS HARD for children.
Hi Pirro fan. We can see you posted several times to boost her. You can stop now.
