It is not going to lead to more confidence in elections. Plenty of states have been tightening their voter laws to do just that, and it hasn’t made a difference at all.

It is going to give the government a way to arrest election workers, so that Trump can jail the ones who don’t cave to his pressure tactics. Please see: 2020 elections and pressure tactics used to try to overturn it.

The GOP can't win without cheating. It's as simple as that. The SAVE act will prevent millions of Americans, mostly Democrats, from voting.

If you don’t trust the state of California to run their elections (constitutionally, a power given to the states if you care) how can you trust them to issue birth certificates, which then grant the holders the right to…vote in elections. This thread is TLDR, so I don't know if it's been mentioned yet, but I just want to throw out there that I live in MN, one of the states that doesn't require an ID.

The requirements to vote are either a valid ID, or an expired ID [/b]along with a SSN[/b]. You also must bring a utility bill or lease to show that you live in MN. So it's not like ANYONE can just roll up and vote with no verification.
