I hope for and wish the coaches and Visi the best, but this is not at all the same scenario as if they stepped in to lead a men's team. It is a stop-gap and a strange situation that Visi admins created here. That cannot be argued. But just maybe it will work?

The females out there that played in high school and college really need to step their coaching games up. These men wouldn't have to step up if the women out there could provide coaching and leadership. At an all girls school no less. Weak....

Visi clearly can’t attract any qualified coaches who truly want the job.
Cubs will be strong this year but will begin to fade next year.

Visi will be ok. These men are committed
To helping build a program and will start a pipeline.
Hell yeah!
I'm a lax dad. Former college athlete in a different sport. I can talk to my daughter about hustling and leadership, maybe the pick and roll play on attack. Cheer for good plays. Clap loudly and say "let's pick it up" when we need a sense of urgency. I remind other dads not to yell at refs. Carry chairs and coffee mugs.
Those dudes, in contrast, are no kidding lacrosse players and coaches. There is a difference. I think those resumes effectively put the "dad coaches" nonsense to bed. And if my DD develops to play like their daughters--that would be just fine.
