Thomas fails to recuse himself from cases that may affect Ginni and her businesses and political groups. The article details several other conflicts. Stunning. The only remedy for crooked Justices is impeachment, which has never been successful.

Thomas needs to go. I mean he really should've never been. Diddn't he assault Anita Hill? And what about Kavanaugh did they ever really investigate him?
Thomas sexually harassed Anita Hill (and I believe Ginni harassed her, too) but I don’t think he assaulted her. And, no, Brett was never investigated. All of the tips were deliver directly to the round file at the Trump “Grab’em by the *****” White House.

They’re not wrong, but it doesn’t really address that we’re still stuck with an illegitimate court.
