What could possibly go wrong?
Isn't this how they lost their ancient kingdoms in the first place?
Most of those countries hate the Palestinians even more than Israel.
Not true

Meanwhile, in lieu of bloviation, the IDF is actually doing something to eliminate the threat. Yes, war is messy. You don't want the mess, don't start a war, something the Palestinians do over and over again, somehow thinking that "this time" the end result will be different. Predictably, they just make their situation worse. Their fighters are eliminated or rendered impotent by being jailed, their foreign aid is used to try to sustain a pointless military capability, and their civilians continue to suffer. The children who do survive are indoctrinated to believe that their best and highest purpose is to try to eliminate a neighboring state, instead of to trying to make things better for themselves and their families by working towards a peaceful future instead of nurturing old tribal grievances which date from long before they were born. Violence begets violence, a simple concept which is evidently acceptable to them. That being so, they are getting what they incite.
What a great system they have.
What are they doing to eliminate the threat? Hamas has grown since the IDF ground invasion. They're expanding the threat.

Apparently, the little Bibas boys MAY still be alive, as they are on the list of hostages to be released. This would be wonderful! I'm also hoping for the release of those prisoners in Sde. Teiman, like Dr. Abu Safiya, who may now escape being raped to death like his predecessor, Dr. Al Bursh.
There will be two million sick, starving, traumatized people in Gaza, many of whom have horrific injuries, who will need immediate help. I hope the UN and other agencies are ready to step up.
LOL. Do you really think Israel will stop the carnage on Sunday? They would only up the ante if hostages are released. Hamas has no reason to get rid of the only power they have over Israel.
How many are even still alive?
A few articles I've seen have said that 23 of the 33 who are supposed to be released are believed to be alive. Of course, I think that includes the Bibas children, who Hamas had previously claimed were dead.
Why haven't the IDF been able to rescue these hostages? Why are they waiting for Hamas to release? They are never going to release without demands which is what they received last time: prisoner releases. The Gaza Strip is tiny. It's not some vast land that's hard to find people in. I am surprised they haven't sent Arabic speaking intelligence agents or Palestinian prisoners on missions to to find the hostages in exchange for release. Israel's ministers are dumb.

Israeli sniper kills the Palestinian journalist Saed Abu Nabhan in al Nuseirat refuge camp while evacuating civilians
Genocider don't want their genocidal behavior to be documented. That's why more than 200 journalists have been assassinated.
Hanging out in a war zone has obvious risks.
Yes everything is a war zone according to Zionists. Hospitals, schools, refugee camps, world food kitchen, etc.
Yes, anywhere Hamas is hiding is a target. If you have a problem with that, take it up with Hamas.
Hind Rajab, a 7 year old little girl was Hamas! Thank god the IDF filled her with over 200 bullets!
War if hell.
Hamas started this war and they can end it at any time by unconditionally surrendering.
FAFO
Oh shut up seriously. And that murder was a war crime.
War casualties are not war crimes, even when those casualties are civilians, something which occurs in all significant conflicts. While you might not like the fact that civilians suffer due to Hamas activity, that's something to take up with Hamas, whose combatants hide among and behind civilians as a matter of doctrine. Despicable, but on them.
War casualties absolutely are war crimes if the killers violate international law, which Israel is doing. This is well documented. Being in a war, whatever the cause, does not make it acceptable to torture/rape prisoners to death, to deliberately shoot small children, to destroy hospitals, to hold prisoners indefinitely without access to a lawyer,
to murder journalists and doctors, etc., etc. A recent Haaretz report discusses how IDF soldiers are ordered to exterminate Palestinian men on sight and then lie and claim they were combatants.

What about HAMAS war crimes?

DP. Everything Hamas has done has been a war crime. And there would be no war if Hamas hadn't been lobbing rockets nonstop and then launching a major attack executing and kidnapping innocent civilians by the hundreds.
If I were a Palestinian I'd be furious with Hamas for pointlessly causing all of the destruction to be rained down on my people.
