One source for you is https://www.laxnumbers.com/. While you can't sort by club, you can by high school, and the recruits page has both club and high school fields listed. Accordingly, you can see how it broke down in 2024-2026 for Capital and other local clubs.

You will note that most of the Capital Blue team players in recent years (including the 2028s) have been at privates, with a smaller group at Fairfax and Montgomery County publics. Basically you are looking at the top of the ISL and WCAC. For the ISL, this means SSASS, Potomac, Stone Ridge, Visi. For the WCAC: SJC, Good Counsel, Bishop Ireton, and PVI have often had several players from Capital Blue in each class. There really is no one dominant school, and the distribution varies based on class years. For example, Potomac and Stone Ridge have a number of 2025s, SSSAS has a big 2026 class, there are 5 combined Cap Blue and Orange at SJC for the 2028s, etc. In our experience, the girls and their families chose schools that were good fits for them, and lacrosse was only one factor.
