Our AART said the same thing last year. I don't trust her, though. She is horrible. We did save our WISC results for appeal and I'm glad we did. We needed them.

For the numbers of AAP enrollees, I am looking at the school profile website, demographics tab.

Can someone help me make sense of the Level 4 enrollment numbers at the elementary schools? Mantua says it has 9 enrolled (less than 1%) in Level 4... Some schools have 6%, others 15%... Washington Mill in Alexandria has 22%.

What are you looking at? The Mantua number makes no sense because it is an AAP center.

Your NNAT2 score report should look similar to this...

http://www.pearsonassessments.com/NR/rdonlyres/79444C3D-9B46-4870-A83B-8C05E74E1140/0/NNAT2HomeReportSample0308.pdf

In this example...the fictional kid's score is 117. Where you see the 117 in the yellow box is where you would find your child's score.

(We don't have our scores yet, so someone please correct me if this is not the form they are using this year)

No - that is not true. At least for NNAT's there is a NNAT score (max 160) AND a percentile score. Pls see the report carefully

You say there is "no such total as 130+ or 140+". Is that true? What is the highest possible score?

BTW i apologize to PP for my snide remarks. didn't know it's the schools that offered the dumb answer.

FWIW, there is evidence that rest and a good breakfast measurably improve test scores.

If his CogAT score or one of the subscores is 130 or above, your son is likely to make it into the 2nd grade pool next year. He will not make it into the pool based on the NNAT2 score of 121.
