There are PLENTY of places to live. Families may choose one of the hundreds of already empty apartments available at Twinbrook at RTC. Or, chose one of the many condos for sale in the cluster.

Not without supporting infrastructure. If we simply build it by ignoring everything else, then quality of life will drop drastically in RM cluster. Citizen in city need to decide what kind of city they want.

They want balanced growth which keeps quality of life intact.

or

They want single minded focus on building apartments in RM cluster.

Gaithersburg HS is not even on this map. The northern part of RP boundary is closer to Wootton than anyone living in Travilah, DuFief, or Stone Mill lives to Wootton.

No, the northern part of College Gardens (King Farm) is relatively close to Gaithersburg HS, but still not as close as Rosemont. The northern part of RP (Fallsgrove neighborhood) is walking distance to Wootton, along with most of the RP zones, from the opposite direction.
