CW has been ruining the club for years. He stabbed people in the back and chased too many good coaches out of there to mention. He has very few friends in the coaching community, and it seems like on this occasion JH pushed his agenda and CW was powerless to defy him. What goes around comes around

McLean has not been that great placing girls on Union teams for some time now, 2013s would be a return to the glory days. Too bad they will all play at Arlington now LAMO!
I would bet they didn't get mclean girls on union teams because they didn't have any say. I think that's why they are leaving the alliance.
That's ridiculous as the 2007/2009/2010 head coaches plus assist coaches are all from VA Union/McLean.
I have been told that they didn’t have a say in what happened. Just because you are a worker bee doesn’t mean you run the company and make decisions.
