This is an interesting idea! I suppose it would have to come at the CHRVA level across all clubs to work.
Now watch the most expensive clubs jack the rates another $1000 to cover this. I’m looking at you, Virginia Elite. lol. 😆
Tuesday @ 10 rule was in place to give players enough time to make informed decisions and protect them from various types of pressure coming from the clubs. I don't think CHRVA will allow incentives to play a role, even though I may be wrong about that.

What could they possibly do differently, however? I am having a hard time imaging what a different way could look like. Do other regions do it different than CHRVA?
I say this knowing it is stressful, but I can’t see a way to avoid that tbh.
Maybe an earlier deadline for the top teams? My DD took an offer at deadline only to receive a better offer after deadline that she couldn’t accept. Really unfair.

She has been told by 4/5 teams she tried out for this year that she is their “first choice alternate” or “first on the waiting list if someone declines” or “first we will call if someone declines” but it’s now Tuesday morning and no one has called….
That's the same old line club directors use all the time. Your DD may be on a waiting list or an alternate, but not "first". Heard this before personally and other parents too.
