Hur is not a trained medical professional, no doctor was observing the interview on behalf of DoJ. To try to make some sort of diagnosis of the President is wildly unprofessional and way below an elite lawyer who is a partner at Gibson Dunn and went to Stanford Law.
The fact that this made it in the report issued by DoJ is insane. That’s how you know Hur is a nakedly Republican political operative.
Hur made no diagnosis.
He stated what he observed. And, he confirmed what we have all seen for 3 years now.
And, it has only gotten worse. And, it will continue to get worse. His issues will NOT improve.
Those of you who cannot admit that are divorced from reality.
It was unprofessional for Hur to throw out non-germane opinions that are not in the report. And he did not include those gossipy insults in the report because that would have been outrageously unprofessional. Hur disgraced himself.
He had to include them because that was his excuse for not charging him.
The report explained that there were no charges because of lack of evidence of knowledge or intent. His speech relating his personal animosity for Biden was irrelevant and unprofessional.
Please pay attention. 'Lack of evidence of knowledge or intent' means Joe is senile so he doesn't remember period. What is so hard to understand about that? He definitely was not senile when he was in the Senate so Biden should have been charged for the classified documents he took when he was a senator.

Hur couldn’t find evidence and in fact in the report states he did find evidence in the affirmative, that there was no intent.
He didn’t have the goods, so insulted the president on behalf of MAGA land
Explain the beginning of his report.....
"Mr. Biden willfully retained marked classified documents about Afghanistan and unmarked classified handwritten notes in his notebook, both of which he stored in unsecured places in his home."
"Willfully" means:
1.with the intention of causing harm; deliberately.
2. with a stubborn and determined intention to do as one wants, regardless of the consequences.
How is this not "with intent" or not proof. Hur chose the word "willfully" for a reason.
Please stop the gaslighting.

They want Biden out and this report was the first step.
There have been many Dem pundits telling Biden to throw in the towel. It’s too late for that though as the primaries have already kicked off. The Convention though will definitely nominate someone else.
You don’t understand how delegates are selected. When Biden wins a state’s primary, the delegates are Biden supporters chosen by other Biden supporters and are pledged to vote for Biden at the convention.
What happens if Biden croaks?
The pledged delegates would be released from their pledge and can vote for whomever they choose, same as when a candidate withdraws after winning some pledged delegates.

Exactly. What the PP does not understand is that this report is not a pleading. The Rules of Evidence do not apply. He was positing reasons for not bringing the case, and the fact that Biden’s cognitive issues would evoke sympathy from a jury is certainly one of them. The Gaslighters on this thread are so tiresome. Everyone can see with their eyes that he is a man of diminished capacity.
