Good morning. This should not matter. The good people of the ANC should leave their cars in their driveways and metro or carpool.
It should not be the case that ANC people get to drive everywhere. Why should ANC people be able to drive anywhere they want when they are saying GDS parents can't?
Freedom for all!!!

She simply wants to be able to leave her driveway to take her kids to school each morning. It's frequently blocked by those parked to drop off at GDS.
Come on people; don't turn this into a private vs public debate. You would be incensed if you couldn't leave your house in the mornings.

When the city cracks down( and they will) it will be the fault of these people. Too bad a few bad apples have to spoil it for everyone else.
Sounds like the HOS has given up and hopes the city cracks down on you all.

But looks like someone needs to keep checking on them to make sure they remember. With one parent on the ANC and another parent (and Board member) on the DC council, you’d think they’d have figured out how.
One thing GDS teaches well is the importance of accuracy, among many other values we hold dear. I am so proud to be a member of the GDS community, truly.
But you all literally lie about the most fundamental facts to support the lie they parents are violating an agreement or broader values. We do neither. And w ware honest! Shame on you.

That does not help you at all. Those are for carpoolers only.
Isn’t everyone driving to school supposed to carpool? You know, for the planet and all.
The ANC is not tailoring for helping the planet. If that is what the ANC was after, they would be trying to prohibit driving by lots and lots of people in Tenleytown, not the tiny fraction that are GDS families. Sham argument again! So many lies, so many problems.
Ironically, the big worry that seems to be motivating many of the ANC people is that GDS parents dropping their kids off for school might slow the neighbors down from pulling out of their driveways and zooming their nom-carpooled selves through the neighborhood (on their way to Chick-fil-A perhaps, maybe Mickey D's if needing some variety?).

That restriction doesn't appear in the plan.
Correct, there is no restriction on dropping off the campus.
That is incorrect, based on the traffic management plan.
Notice how the ANC always asserts its lies with absolutely no reasoning and references to the specifics in the documents it throws into the air. This is why you have no credibility.
Read the document.
DP. I just read the final document. There is NO PROHIBITION related to Wisconsin Avenue at all. NONE.
