Clearly Pelosi was drunk and his skirt was too short. He was asking for it, he shouldn’t have been walking home alone, his decisions are suspect and he should have known better than to try to get the weapon away.

The FBI typically doesn’t record and transcribe interviews. Agents take notes from which the prepare a “302” summary.

I’ve spent today trying to find mental health resources for several criminal defense clients who are experiencing psychosis. There is nothing available in my state. Reading through this thread, it almost feels like the lack of available MH help is intentional.
If people run around untreated, lapping up conspiracy theories and violent calls to action, the GOP can deny any responsibility when the followers shoot up schools or assault lawmakers’ family members (it’s a mental health problem! not a gun problem! Not a political problem! Not because we traffic in conspiracy!). After all the fruitless searches today, and the constant cuts to services, it does seem intentional.
