The Senate has to vote. I think it’s actually helpful that the votes will be right after Republicans got destroyed in elections last week. That has to be front of mind when deciding how to vote to protect pedophiles.
Why does the senate have to vote? Thune can just refuse to put it on the floor like Johnson did.
