That's never done. The majority of the time, all of the witnesses on the lists are not even called because trials are fluid. An attorney may decide they don't need to call a witness a witness on their list.

True. Not total list. But the judge will ask a day or so ahead of time so theotber side can prepare. So you should be able to hear who the witnesses are for today and tomorrow.

Was divorce really a bigger pain in the ass than all this? Did B just have blood lust?

Exactly. And he could have counted on CBs income to help raise his daughter. She and more than him right?

I'm just finishing up her testimony. I find her very credible. We'll see if that holds up on cross. Hopefully, it does.

I was sure JM would reverse her testimony and try to save BB. Even if it risked her deal. She doesn’t seem smart.

So so glad I was wrong.

Hey Teresa…you are sick. You have known the truth from the beginning and have allowed your Granddaughter to be in the presence of these two demonic people. You will rot in your own hell.

Sorry meant to post what the Defense said in opening statements: The prosecution’s theory relies on the idea that Banfield and Magalhães were “catfishing” Ryan by pretending to be Christine Banfield. However, the lead homicide detective and the forensic detective both disagreed with that theory, Carroll said. Both were later transferred. Carroll said there was “turmoil” inside the police department over that case that some media have dubbed the “au pair affair.”“You’re going to see a presentation of a horrible, tragic, awful event,” Carroll said. He said there is no dispute that Banfield and Magalhães were having an affair; however, “there’s an awful lot more to look for.”
