it feels like tobin did exactly what the judge said not to do by referencing test results, even if a bit indirectly.

That's interesting... wouldn't it benefit him to say that he did in fact think that Floyd was OK (or whatever -- just confirming the defense's arguments)? It seems like him not testifying suggests that those "alternative narratives" aren't actually true...
Seeing how the defense has been cross-examining the defense witnesses, I'd be scared if I were him. They did say that he and his lawyer have had numerous discussions on him testifying, practically daily. I'm sure they covered all the pros and cons.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Chauvin just said he's not testyfing.

+100 😆Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:How responsible is Chauvin for GF's death if he was half way dying already from drugs and his heart problems? Shawanda said in the car he was incoherent and hard to wake up. His head seemed to droop on the sidewalk and in Cup Foods.
+1
A poster on this thread will say this is irrelevant, but it is extremely relevant. Floyd was stuffing drugs in his mouth right before his altercation with Chauvin.
Also, the guy in the car with Floyd was actually his drug dealer.
You two wander into a 37 page thread and think you're the first geniuses to come up with these questions? It's been discussed in Court by medical experts. Try to keep up.
