How often do you wash your sheets?? How many pairs of underwear do you have?? Towels?? Socks??![]()
Apparently I wash my sheets roughly every 3.5 months. In normal times, I wash my sheet more often, like once a month. I just folded and put away 9 pairs of underwear, but I don't wear any while i'm home, and basically leave my apartment like twice a month these days. To be fair I DO have a lot of pairs of socks (one entire dresser drawer is dedicated just to socks).
When you have to pay to do laundry during a time when a recession is looming, AND you have to share a washer./dryer during a pandemic it seems less risky to keep re-using your shower towel than to touch communal things.
I'm sorry, that's nasty. And I used shared laundry. At some point, you have to decipher between actual serious risk, and germophobia/cooties anxiety. And general lack of cleanliness. Once a month for sheets is seriously gross.

I won't argue with you about the dying. If that's what you want and it won't hurt children you have, then you have my blessing. But may I suggest a different method of death? Dying of this virus is not peaceful and painless.

I have so many questions about this! How many people do you live with? Has anyone else in your house been doing laundry? I could probably make my clean clothing stretch for a couple months if I had to because I have a lot of stuff I don't wear often, but what about sheets and towels?
