We thought the same thing during a visit. I was really disappointed...not what I was expecting at all. DS crossed it off his list.


Interesting. I agree that the campus is not great. But it's four years and so exceptional in other ways, that I can't see crossing it off over some ugly buildings. Honestly, the compactness of the campus is pretty nice, too.

PP is right. With the exception of Healy Lawn (which becomes a muddy mess when it rains), the Georgetown campus is largely paved over with buildings and dorms that are poorly maintained. The campus is ugly.
