Farrah opens her store.
Matt and Amber spent $900 in a children's store to get Amber's daughter first day of school clothes, and then doesn't wear any of those clothes on the 1st day.

Agreed....clearly, she didn't take the right classes at college or she would have known this. Age would have come out on an application, since date of birth is asked. Also, making all your employees work 40 hours a week? Yeah, most retailers do not do that, they have a variety of hours for everyone. Also, only needing 15 minutes and hopefully 5 to set up before a store opens? Get real. She was treating her parents like garbage as usual, when she should have been grateful they were helping her out.

I've never heard the expression before, either. I assume it means calling someone a name other than their given name... specifically, something derogatory. It's bizarre to read it over and over.
Yes that's what it means. I thought it was quite common, surprised so many people aren't familiar.
It's common in neighborhoods and social strata that your typical DCUM doesn't operate within.
What types of neighborhoods?
I have never heard it and have lived in a variety of neighborhoods. I grew up in a very poor neighborhood outside of Pittsburgh, have lived in an average neighborhood in New England, and a few different places in the D.C. metro area.
