That the family said they don't trust the school to educate their children, why would the school then keep them? What exactly do you think should have happened here (not sure what they are trying to get exactly from the lawsuit, other than attention and a big payday)?
He should have told them they were not welcome to return the following year and let them finish out this year, not kick three children out in March because he was unhappy that their parents had concerns.
This Ken’s MO. He threatened to kick our child with only 6 weeks left of the school year. We basically had to grovel to let our child finish out the year. The psychological damage it would’ve caused our child was not worth standing up to his bullying. We have since told everyone who will listen what a narcissistic prick he is and to avoid the school at all costs.

For those of us who canceled our WaPo subscriptions in light of Bezos’ censorship perhaps someone could use a gift link or summarize what was said?
What did the parents do that makes them colossal bullies? What suggests they are misrepresenting what happened?

And we wonder why the world is irredeemable and the future is bleak for all our kids. Well done.
Why haven’t you mentioned the genocide in Sudan? How about the slaughter of Druze in Syria? How about the slaughter of Jews in Israel on October 7th? How about the genocide of Uyghurs? How about the slaughter of over 500,000 people in Syria?
Dp. America is literally responsible for the genocide in Gaza. While all of humanity bears responsibility for helping those in need, this thread is not about all of the genocides. Your what about ism is really transparent.

I am not Jewish but I don’t see how those two events together don’t create the perception of an anti-Semitic environment.
Eager to read whatever Nysmith has to say for himself as this develops.
Sorry but this is ridiculous. You want to avoid hanging a Palestinian flag to avoid “emotionally harming” Jews? Utter nonsense.
Then hang the Israeli flag too.
