That’s just a lie. Vienna has the stronger players. Had to come in and save the day for McLean.
How are the pre ECNL teams stacking up?
They are the future of FVU.
McLean is the strongest, followed by bryc, Vienna is the weakest. The record says it all.
Your record is wrong for U11 and U12 girls. McLean, VYS, large gap, and then BRYC

Yikes! The McLean vs VYS scores are U-G-L-Y !
Why would you post that? U11 and U12 got cooked bruh!
Wow those scores are pretty bad. Is that a regular thing? Have they beaten anyone with a decent record? You have to look at the top (head coach) to see what the problem is. Is this why FVU is struggling? Make it make sense.
Remember, this is still uLittle played in half a field. It doesn’t mean a lot, and high scores are the norm in 9v9.
When you say have “they” beaten anyone with a decent record, I assume you are referring to Vienna.
Their 2013s are 8th out of 23 teams with a winning record and +11 GD. They beat Reign, who sits 7th, by 4 goals. They beat VSA, who sits 3rd, by 2 goals.
Vienna’s 2014s sit 7th out of 24.
It is normal to see variance across years. Other years have been reversed, for example the 2010s, where the legacy Union team was almost entirely SYC, and Vienna was much stronger than McLean.

mclean 2013/14 girls are very good. For 2014G, Bryc is dreadful and Vienna not far behind. Not that any of this matters because they will take the best kids who try out so feeder clubs don’t really mean much. So in reality, this is just an uneducated group of people chatting.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Quick question. Sorry if this has already been covered.
Which of the 3 clubs feeds the best players to girls FVU? I guess I could look up the pre ECNL records and results but was curious what others think.
depends on the age group

The coaching is the issue. McLean has strong positive coaching, BRYC too. Vienna’s literally will taunt and humiliate your girls and call it development for the future. But people have figured it out and their numbers are dwindling. The word is out, keep your girls away from Vienna! Nothing positive to be gained. I dare you to ask ANY Vienna parent of a top girls team player.
Parent of a top Vienna girl here on a very good Vienna team. We’ve been with the club for 6 years, have been very happy with the coaching, and I’ve never seen or heard of a Vienna girls’ coach taunting or humiliating a player. This feels like disinformation.

That’s funny! Everyone knows on the girls side that 90% of the better players are most definitely coming from MYS. Anyone that says otherwise is kidding themselves
