The supreme Court has already sent this issue back to the states. If Alabama wants to have embryo people and not have IVF, that is what the voters of Alabama chose.

The irony is that the three couples who brought the lawsuit can now no longer proceed with doing any more IVFs in their state to try to recover from the trauma of losing their embryos. Probably not in any other state since which doctor will work with them now.
