If I were her friend back when they were married, I would tell her to buy a lot of expensive jewelry over the course of their marriage that she could later resell. That's like the only material thing of value from the last 20 years of her life that she gets to keep.

Also, of course his money funded their extravagant lifestyle but she probably spent quite a bit of time and energy choosing all the household goods and furnishings. There was labor entailed there, and she should be able to keep a portion. He is being petty af about the pots and pans. It says a lot about him.

Regardless of the prenup or what's legal, when you have Kevin Costner's net worth and choose to nickel and dime over dinnerware, electronics, cookware, and furniture, you're going to look like a pluperfect jerk.
