Wow, I don't think I have ever seen such a masculine/muscular body on a woman. It's an interesting juxtaposition- the colour and flowy fabric with the geometric lacing/revealing the muscles. Is she an athlete, because she is unusually muscular!

She's clearly enjoying her new body. I don't love her new body fashion - though the black dress looked better than the others - but maybe in time she'll start looking more at ease and choosing dresses that aren't only about having a new body.

I assume it has something to do with her having her breast implants removed a few years ago PLUS having a newborn at home.

It's called symmastia, more commonly seen with people with breast implants. In her case, assuming the implants caused this and this is the fallout she has even after having them removed. Probably hasn't been able to have surgery to try to correct it with the pregnancies.
