How dare Biden shoot down an unarmed balloon
Clearly written by someone who has never watched Fox.
Nobody is criticizing him giving the order to down this 2nd flying object (they have not called it a balloon). The criticism is his allowing the first one to traverse the entire continental US.

Really I’m ready for a new overlord or for us to all be whipped out. In all seriousness though I think it’s been suggested it was probably a rogue drone.

As with the last balloon incident, they wanted to keep this under wraps too, but some "nosy" reporter asked Kirby about it at today's press briefing.
That's why it wasn't discussed until 11 minutes into the briefing. Had he wanted to talk about it, he would have led with it.
The last incident was only made public because of a sharp-eyed photographer in Montana......
They had Kirby up there in the first place – he’s not there every day – because they knew the strike was about to happen and get confirmed by the Pentagon. Sheesh.

I just think conspiracy theories are generally too complicated to actually work. It’s more likely something mundane.
If you think this administration didn't want to keep these incidents under wraps, then you are clueless as to how these stories have unraveled.

Probably another balloon. Why do you care? It doesn't affect your day to day life. Let the experts handle it. Nations spy on each other all the time. Sometimes they get caught.
yeah I can't imagine why anyone might be curious to know more details, it being breaking news and all.![]()
