Part of his grand plan for revolutionizing Twitter was premised on the notion of getting rid of all of the bot accounts, so finding out that less than 5% of accounts are bot account threw a wrench in that.

More like as Musk finds out he might have been wrong about Twitter being flooded with spam bot accounts. Part of his grand plan for revolutionizing Twitter was premised on the notion of getting rid of all of the bot accounts, so finding out that less than 5% of accounts are bot account threw a wrench in that.

This is the equivalent of using the home inspection contingency, finding a cracked window, and backing out of the deal because you are worried you’re overpaying lol

It is not against the law to protest at justices houses. I know you are going to say these protests are illegal under 18 USC 1507, but that same statute also outlaws the same conduct "in or near a building housing a court of the United States" so I am sure you will support the same charges against anti-abortion protesters who protest at SCOTUS or any other courthouse.

Tesla is doing work than the market. And twitter’s price will be affected more by the merger expectations than the broader market.
