Yea. And in NOVA no less. Meanwhile Terry’s rally in Alexandria yesterday consisted of 20 people standing in the rain. Until it was canceled, of course, as the candidate scrambled to deal with his latest self inflicted crisis
Much as Trump's rallies scared loyal Democrats into voting, I think these pictures will do the same. I know much of the crowd for the Alexandria rally this morning was young GOP/Hill staffers who were ordered by their bosses to go.

Fast forward to today, CNN runs a story “McAuliffe says this election is not about Trump” (I guess they have figured it out by now).
McAuliffe is floundering. He doesn't have a coherent message for Virginians. He is running a national campaign and is just unable to relate to the people in the state in which he wants to govern.
He truly is a horrible candidate. I hope Youngkin pulls out a really convincing win. Virginia deserves better than a slimy swamp master like McAuliffe.

Teachers' unions are not experts. Teachers unions are out to promote themselves--not the teachers and not the schools, and definitely not the students.

Oh yeah? Where do you teach? In a public school system, or some kind of unaccredited bible-thumper private? I’m betting the latter based on your absurd post. It reads like typical anti-union trash talking points.
Union teachers are the only bulwark standing between society and the brainwashed spawn being raised and indoctrinated by their rightwing loon parents. If it weren’t for public school teachers offsetting all these idiot parents and their lunacy, we’d be up to our eyeballs in school age little fascists. Teachers are typically the only people exposing these kids to Progressive ideals and questioning the nonsense these children are being fed at home.
Assuming you aren't a troll, you are part of the problem. Many parents don't want teachers indoctrinating/pushing political ideologies in a public school classroom.
If you think teaching facts and kindness is a “political ideology” then private is probably a good choice for you.
You're right. My kid goes to a non religious private school in another country (we are from DC but husband is on a temp assignment) and he has a "values" class once a week. It's great actually- they teach basics like honesty, respect, responsibility, perseverance, flexibility, empathy, etc, ALL without some stupid "Progressive" lens that teaches kids to hate each other.
Anonymous wrote:My theory: the anti CRT & trans student stuff really went into overdrive to distract from the fact that Youngkin would remove the mask mandates in schools. He had to change the narrative on education.
Getting rid of masks without having a large portion of the school vaccinated will create chaos. Parents better remember that.

POLL
Q: "How much influence do you think parents of K-12 students should have over what schools teach?"
A: "Most or some":
Asian: 70%
Black: 67%
Hispanic: 67%
White: 75%
Suburban Women: 69%
A: "Not really":
Asian: 21%
Black: 22%
Hispanic: 27%
White: 19%
Suburban Women: 20%
Gee, that’s totally not a leading-question, is it?![]()
Garbage poll. Worthless.
Its the reason Youngkin is winning. Its everything.
Hedgefund Hero *isn’t* winning, Bubba.
Really? Where is Terry today? Seriously- is he even campaigning any more?
Google “McAuliffe Events See Small Crowds Days Before Virginia Election.”

I’m a woman. I can decide for myself who I believe and who not to. Intuition tells me she’s lying.
