Exactly. MLMs are not fraudulent by design either. They work very hard to check off the right legal boxes and say the right things. But they are super shady, predatory, and are great at taking a cut of others' money. Not saying any of that's true of Legacy, but legality in no way equals "not shady."

We have a friend who’s a forensic accountant. Used to work for the FBI targeting white collar crime, now retired.

If someone can get and 2022 filings for Legacy Collective apart from the year end report which is fluffy spin please provide it to the board. Maybe someone who was a giver last year?

I really want to get his thoughts on it. He’s as cut and dry as they come and I know he has no idea who the Hatmakers are.

The Defenders of Jen always get weirdly sensitive when the topic of TLC comes up. For whatever reason they hate a bit of scrutiny in this direction.

What were donations TO The Legacy Collective in 2022
and
What were the donations OUT of The Legacy Collective in 2022

Any extra granularity about what reports overhead, expenses, salaries, and marketing would be good to have too.

Sounds like Archewell Foundation, which brought in 13 million (10 from one anonymous donor - not shady at all) and only gave out $3mil.

All these collectives and foundations are super shady. Most based in Delaware, which is shady central.
