Judge just addressed that and asked the prosecution to inform them when they are switching from unsealed to sealed evidence. Apparently they went from pic 7 (unsealed) to pic 8 (sealed) without warning. And it will automatically go to the gallery if they don't push the button.

I bet Tess is squirming in her seat. Brendan’s lawyer is a joke.

Something that gets me about this is, you have to be a person who would murder your wife and then you have to be a person dumb enough to think you can get away with it. Which makes me wonder, does the willingness to murder go with the stupidity? Or is basic intelligence and a reasonable justice system holding a lot of wife murderers back? Like what would be the natural wife murder rate in a situation without judicial or social consequences?
