BUT Iran obviously won't. Iran is the more moral country and is trying to avoid civilian casualties by warning its neighbors to evacuate legitimate targets before it strikes even though it increases the likelihood their missiles will be intercepted.

Iran is no one’s friend. All of the Gulf States want it eliminated.
Iran exists in whichever form it exists because Israel exists in its satanic form. With many of the accusations against others by Israeli jews, they first need to self-reflect on why their initial actions caused other people to react in the way that they have.
I would recommend Ezra Klein’s most recent interview on the history of Iran. He is finally redeeming himself.
