There are some teams that are learning and are being coached. Neither of those teams appears to be learning. They are playing to win at 12 years old.

Watched a little, they are very young, the transition to the 11v11 field takes time.

Depends if Loudoun learns how to use the midfield better. Many of us have heard Reann tell the team to skip the mid-field. I understand it is a style and they have an excellent striker however I feel it negates development for the mid-fielders.

Uh. Why do u think she is not only one of the most paid coaches (50k per team, she has two teams) and also able to fit in her daughters (who are clueless about the sport and lack basic skills to work and teach children) ?

Because she follows the “leaders” and bootlicks them. Neglecting the midfield is the least of your concerns (if you are still sucking up the loudoun brand)
