Wow, alibi notes & the husband pressured the vehicle owner to switch out the seats, but then the guy KEPT THEM instead of disposing them.

It’s likely her body is gone. Very sad that her loved ones can’t lay her to rest.

Closely examine the list and see how many require the killer to have confessed. It's simply rare for this to happen.

He was caught on video dumping her bloody clothes into dumpsters while driving around in a truck with altered tags.

Come on. His attorney can file for dismissal all he wants to. That doesn't mean his monster of a client is going to get off.

On top of the fact that's he's never been charged with her murder, just tampering with evidence. The Colorado dad stories were different because a) the girlfriend flipped for a deal, and b) the neighbors caught the dad moving the bodies at 3AM on camera - leading to the worksite and the bodies.

No such thing happened with Connecticut husband. Maybe they'll find her body in 10 years, maybe they won't, but I guarantee he won't grow a conscious and just tell them. So they've got bupkis.

She's dead but we knew that already. He's getting off. They've got no body and it looks like the girlfriend isn't squealing.
