NP: I am very liberal and think people should do whatever they wish. However, that does not mean that what they do isn't idiotic. In this case, the guy was an idiot for going to North Korea, and an idiot of an even greater magnitude for tearing down a political poster.
It continues to amaze me that people believe NK and the fuzzy video that he stole the poster. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't, but to not question that allegation and the video is also being an idiot of some magnitude. Why in the world would you believe NK???
Because they are brainwashed idiots. And they want to believe the worst of a young, misguided college student who comes from a "privileged" background. They hate what they perceive as privilege and entitlement

I'm questioning why liberals have sympathy for blacks in poor situations due to their own choices, but not for whites. It's a double standard.
What do you say when a young white woman makes a mistake like having multiple kids out of wedlock, thus requiring taxpayers to support her and the kids?
I say she is responsible for her irresponsible actions, just as a black woman. I don't have two standards.

Even idiots do not deserve to die for minor crimes.
You can insist that the U.S. should not intervene in this case and still feel sorry for this "idiot" man and his family.
I'm starting to discover that in many instances where the poster is saying heartless things about a victim, or at the minimum indicates no compassion at all, that poster is liberal. Here we have a (white) college kid who did a stupid thing and will pay for it with his life, and libs seem to think he should be held responsible for his actions. But let a (black) drug dealer be gunned down as he threatens a police officer with his life, all the libs cry about him. Hypocrites.
Please, cite. Or just admit you are talking out of your ass.
I was referring to Michael Brown, obviously. Wasn't a big deal made over the fact that he wasn't robbing the store, but selling drugs?
Either way, trying to take away a police officer's gun is just as stupid as going to NK and removing a poster. Why were liberals bemoaning his untimely death (Obama even sent officials to the funeral), while they now are saying that the college student was responsible for his actions?
Obama was probably trying to allieve racial tensions.
Are you equating NK to the police officer? That we should expect violent overreactions from both?

You think liberals are calling out this kid's actions just because he is white? WTF? You are a paranoid racist nutjob.
If he were black, liberals would be singing a different story.
What would they be saying if this kid were black? Why do you think they would say anything different because of race?
Yes, they would be attributing his poor treatment to racism - and saying the NK reacted that way because he was black.
