I've never heard the expression before, either. I assume it means calling someone a name other than their given name... specifically, something derogatory. It's bizarre to read it over and over.

I mean there is just never a time when I have literally nothing to do to the point that I declare myself BORED. That is nonsensical and irrational. Given their income to time ratio, they have every opportunity to do stuff all the time to stave off that pesky BOREDOM.
Cate and Tyler are still mentally teenagers just playing house. I don't even think she has "mental illness" per se. She simply has tethered herself to her middle school boyfriend for life, doesn't do anything to feel productive or useful, and uses drugs as coping mechanisms. That's not mental illness, it's just a lot of bad choices.
