It was decorated like a Victorian grandmothers living room (weird, but comfy), the service was impeccable and the food was great.

This was one of my favorites too! There is another restaurant there now- Bistro Cacao- and it is very reminiscent of Two Quail. Decorated the same way, with the armchairs and pillows and curtains around the tables. We went there back in June and it was very good!
