If he dodges her trying to crack the pre-nup, this is all a massive win for him.
And if he catches her blowing the child support on herself or some new boy toy, he can drag her back to court.
She has to pay 50% of kids expenses for “health care, sports, and extracurriculars.”
She’s not paying for their education - that’s the big one.
Some sources say the 50% does include tuition. "The couple will be required to each pay 50% of their children’s private school tuition, extracurricular activities and unreimbursed health care expenses under the interim ruling made by Judge Thomas Anderle."
CA does not require college to be paid as part of child support. Support ends at 18 and graduation from high school.
That's pathetic.
Nope. Married partners are not required to pay for college for their children why do you think divorced parents should?
It actually depose for example, if he paid for college for his first set of children, he would be required to pay for college of the second set of children.

KC and CP should have been more introspective and seen that, but they have chosen lose-lose instead.
Okay, I actually agree with this. I do have a bit of sympathy for her, only because she got together with him when she was barely out of college and was probably quite impressed by him and inexperienced.
Barely out of college. LOL. She was 30 when they married. Did she even graduate from college? What was her career age 22 to 30?

I hear you. My family fortunately doesn't have that attitude, whether divorced or still married.
There’s a person in your family who is Mel is paid 100% of his children’s college, and did not expect the ways to contribute anything?
Is the female disabled?
PP here. Actually, depending on the individual's family, it depends. No one in our family is disabled. Some do make more money than others. None of my siblings or their spouses ( and same for our parents and cousins) have ever walked away from paying for college or helping with grad school. We think it's too important.
So, let’s be clear. Even the people who make less money pay for their children’s college. They don’t expect their spouse or ex spouse to pay 100%.?
As I said, it depends on the family. We all do what we can. In two cases where wives don't work outside the home, husband's income pays for all. In those two cases, wives have been very supportive and helpful re husband's careers. I've worked for 30+ years and helped pay for college and weddings.
Okay so some of your family dies not contribute to their college children’s tuition.they do not think it is their responsibility.
