Due process is bigger than everyone on DCUM wanting to string this guy up now. It’s at the core of our judicial system and the government needs to adhere to due process and they screwed this one up. The chief judge was concerned and she’s very pro-commonwealth so this is not the travesty of justice that you think it is. It’s actually upholding due process which you should all be grateful for.

This is true, on the 15th they will finalize the date likely in January. The defense asked for a continuance to sift through more evidence, and the judge granted it as is going to set the dates on the fifteenth of this month for January of next year likely.
