People need to stop touting this precise misinformation. Schools are no where near getting redistricted for this area. If you only being speculative without any strong supporting data, you are not being helpful.
Correction- schools MAY get redristricted, you also shouldn’t give false hope that they are NOT going to be redristricted
School district is Soon to be changed to less desirable schools
How do you know this? please provide links for this..
+1... yes please provide the link that say school district is soon to be changed. No one is giving anyone false hope by asking for data and supporting evidence. Schools MAY get redistricted all the time. To assert that it "will be redistricted" or that "is soon to be changed to less desirable schools..." seem odd to continuously make when it comes to this area.
You need to follow the BOE. They seem to have gotten sidetracked from redistricting a bit given covid. It was a hot topic when the school board election happened, and this development is closer to QO than Wootton. It is succeptible if they decide to redistrict and would likely drop the value by $100K (I say this is a neighbor who lives nearby). Yes, every house could potentially be redistributed, but this area where it sits is gonna be easily targeted.

For 18k kitchen package everything goes to Jenn Air which is a great deal...the stove alone is over $10000 value
Google Jenn Air JDRP548HL or JS42PPDUDE to get an idea of what’s included.
Thanks so much. We missed signing up for Jenn Air.....so now what other option we have? Please let me know if you know. Thanks.
