You realize your anonymity isn’t protected if you’re breaking the law. The accusation you’re making is serious and defamatory if knowingly not true.
No one has committed defamation or libel here and I don't believe anyone has broken any laws by posting here. The mentioned items, staying in a hotel room with someone and having a sleepover, are not illegal, nor are they "defamation" worthy. They are well known and talked about in circles, though, and the topic has been discussed a number of times on this forum.
Why are you more concerned with intimidating posters to shut them up instead of these, while not illegal, very questionable activities?
the statement was that a male adult coach slept in the same hotel room as a underage girl and was followed by statements that alleged inappropriate touching at a mininum with more serious insinuations. if there is not truth to this, it is most certainly defamatory and illegal and a crime. again, anonymity will not protect you.
Not worried about it. Truth is an absolute defense to libel and slander. It is true. One coach was fired over it. I hope the club has addressed it for good.
If true and the coach was fired, then FCV did something about it and all the "#cuddles" crap is just flame throwing.
The coach involved at the hotel situation was fired. The coach involved in the couch cuddling is still with the club.
If after firing a coach for such an incident there isn’t a zero tolerance policy with witnessed “cuddling” it doesn’t sound like the club did a great job of addressing the issue.
Pretty confident that the kids of parents on this thread must be miserable.

Say what - that they lost. I’m sure they are aware that they lose the games. Btw, no kids are reading this. Just the parents. And I have to say that the MU parents are the #1 culprit of FCV hate.
