I have never heard profanity from him. There are a lot of weirdos in the coaching world-he is actually a good person.

No, we can't.
I actually nothing against McLean, but success / failure of one team may or may not be reflective of the club overall, its ability to develop and retain its own players, creating a path for its players to develop, or being competitive on a yearly basis.
Yes, it is a great accomplishment for one team for year --- nothing more.
